- Comfort and Relaxation: Participants find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, often with the aid of yoga mats, pillows and blankets.
- Breathing Exercises: The session begins with deep breathing exercises to help relax the body and center the mind.
3. Guided Meditation:
- Guidance: The instructor leads participants through a meditation journey, using a calming voice, visualization techniques, and soothing music or nature sounds.
- Visualization: Participants might be guided to visualize calming scenes or light filling their bodies, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
4. Energy Clearing:
- Techniques: Various techniques are employed to clear stagnant such as visualization of light, use of crystals or sound healing (like crystal or tibetan bowls)
- Energy Flow: Participants are guided to visualize the flow of positive energy through their bodies, often imagining the release of blocked energy.
